Scheduling Your Appointment

Scheduling your visit with Smile Family Dental is simple and convenient. You can request an appointment through our website or call our office directly. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you in finding a time that works best for your schedule and answer any questions you may have before your visit.

Insurance & Payment Options

We strive to make dental care accessible and convenient for our patients. Our office accepts most major dental insurance plans and works with patients to help them understand their coverage. If you have any questions about your benefits, our team will be happy to assist you. We also accept most major credit cards and offer a variety of payment options for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appointments may need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice make it difficult for us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. For this reason, a fee may be applied for missed appointments or late cancellations.
